Please remember the building and grounds are non-smoking. Also, we do not allow large coolers, bikes, golf clubs, or beach equipment inside the building. We do have locking storage under the building.
This Guest House Inn does not allow customer kitchen access or provide outdoor grilling areas.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate children or allow pets.
Early arrivals will be accommodated if possible. Check-in 3 PM Check-out 11AM.
Late arrivals can be accommodated with prior notification to the Inn.
There is a 7 day cancellation policy with a $25 plus tax non-refundable fee. Your credit card will be charged 50% room deposit plus tax.
It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You can reduce the rate $10 per night for a four night stay or more/$15 per night for five on eligible weeks. Double occupancy rooms may be eligible to deduct up to $20 per night for single occupancy. Holidays/special events could require a two/three night minimum at the weekend rate plus/an additional $10 per night. Most rooms require a two night minimum. Please check for applicable discounts.
